Tourist Attractions in France

When people think of tourist attractions in France you automatically think of the Eiffel tower right? Well believe it or not the Eiffel tower is not the most visited attraction in France. In fact the Eiffel tower isn’t even one of the top two most visited places in France. Disneyland in Paris is the top most visited place with 14.5 million people, and the second most visited place is the Louvre with 8.3 million visitors. The Eiffel tower is third on the list with 6.8 million visitors.

Interesting fact: There are also many provincial parks in France one has the Auvergne volcanoes located 1800m above sea level!

  1. That is very interesting Kiana. What is the Louvre? Is it the glass pyramid thing that you have a photo of? Is it a building or a sculpture? In my opinion, I would rather go to China to see the Great Wall or The Terracotta Warriors or even the Bird's Nest. Can't wait for your next blog.

  3. That's pretty interesting Kiana. I would've never thought that Disneyland would beat the Eiffel tower. That's pretty surprising. Also, what is the Louvre. If it is that glass pyramid I know what you are talking about. I still find it crazy that the Eiffel tower is third for a tourist site. I know if I went to France that would be the first place I would go.
